1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Heal & Zeal Wellness Hub at healzealwellness.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including wellness seekers, wellness experts, and visitors.

2. About the Platform

The Heal & Zeal Wellness Hub is a curated online directory that connects wellness seekers with wellness experts across the UAE. We provide the platform and directory service. We are not a healthcare provider and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. User Accounts

All users:

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at contact@healzealdigital.com
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

Wellness Experts:

  • By submitting a listing you confirm that all information provided is accurate and up to date.
  • You confirm that you hold any relevant qualifications, licences, or accreditations you claim.
  • Providing false or misleading information may result in removal from the directory.
  • Listings are reviewed and approved by our team before being published. We reserve the right to reject any listing that does not meet our quality standards.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Wellness Expert subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Free listings remain active indefinitely.
  • Standard and Premium subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
  • All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED).

5. Bookings

  • The Heal & Zeal Wellness Hub provides a booking request facility as part of Standard and Premium plans.
  • Bookings are agreements between wellness seekers and wellness experts. Heal & Zeal Digital is not a party to any booking arrangement.
  • We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of any wellness session or service booked through the platform.
  • Payment for services is arranged directly between seekers and experts outside the platform.
  • Cancellation and rescheduling policies are set by individual experts. We recommend confirming these before booking.

6. Reviews

  • Wellness seekers may leave reviews for experts they have had a confirmed booking with.
  • Reviews are approved by our team before going live.
  • Reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on your genuine experience.
  • We reserve the right to remove reviews that contain false information, offensive language, or violate these terms.

7. Accreditations

  • Wellness experts may add accreditation and licensing information to their listings.
  • Accreditations display as Self-declared until manually verified by our team.
  • Heal & Zeal Digital does not independently verify all accreditation claims and is not liable for inaccurate credential information provided by experts.
  • We recommend wellness seekers verify credentials directly with the relevant body before booking.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Heal & Zeal Wellness Hub including text, design, graphics, and code is owned by Heal & Zeal Digital or used with permission.
  • Wellness experts retain ownership of their listing content and images.
  • By submitting content to the platform you grant Heal & Zeal Digital a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the platform.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform
  • Post content that is offensive, defamatory, or harmful

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Heal & Zeal Wellness Hub is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information provided by wellness experts. We are not responsible for the quality or outcome of any wellness service accessed through the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heal & Zeal Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any wellness service booked through it.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
