Standard and Premium plans. Allow wellness seekers to book directly from your listing. From your dashboard you choose how bookings work for your practice:
Request Only: Seekers send you a booking request with their details and preferred time. You review and confirm or decline from your dashboard.
Date and Time Booking: Set your weekly availability and slot duration. Seekers pick a date and time that works for them and you confirm or decline the request.
External Booking Link: Already use Calendly, SimplyBook, or another tool? Add your booking link and seekers are directed straight to it.
You are notified by email for every new booking request, confirmation, and cancellation. Seekers are automatically notified when you confirm, decline, or cancel.
All plans. Wellness Tags highlight your specialisations so seekers can find you based on their specific needs, whether that is stress management, gut health, physiotherapy, or holistic healing. The more tags you add, the more searches your listing will appear in, increasing your chances of being discovered by the right clients. Premium plan only. Receive monthly shoutouts and post collaborations across Heal & Zeal Digital social media channels, putting your practice in front of a wider wellness audience. Our team will contact you to coordinate content and scheduling.
Premium plan only. Publish expert articles on the Heal & Zeal Wellness Hub blog to build your credibility, reach, and online presence. Articles are published quarterly, once every three months per subscription period. Content is written and submitted by the wellness expert and reviewed by our team before publishing.
Guest blogging on the Heal & Zeal Wellness Hub delivers real SEO value. Each published article includes a backlink to your website, helping improve your search engine ranking and driving organic traffic directly to your practice. A powerful way to establish your authority in your field while attracting new clients.
Premium plan only. Record a podcast episode on the Heal & Zeal podcast channel. Available to Premium subscribers after a minimum of one year of continuous subscription. Recording can be done online or in-studio subject to availability. The package includes episode editing and social media clip production. Our team will reach out to coordinate scheduling once you become eligible.
All plans. Add your professional body memberships and licence numbers to your listing. Accreditations appear as Self-declared on your listing. Our team may reach out to verify your credentials, at which point your listing displays a Verified by Heal & Zeal badge. Verification is available to all plan tiers and is not tied to your subscription level.
All plans. Wellness seekers who have completed a confirmed booking with you can leave a star rating and written review on your listing. Reviews are approved by our team before going live. Building a strong review profile increases trust and helps new clients choose you with confidence.
