The Wholesome Self is founded by Ghida Arnaout, a Dubai-based Women's Health Dietitian with over 15 years of clinical experience specialising in PCOS, fertility, and prenatal nutrition. Holding a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the American University of Beirut and HCPC-licensed in the UK, Ghida became a certified prenatal and fertility dietitian in 2023. Her passion for women's health is deeply personal, having experienced firsthand how often women are overlooked in healthcare, and living with endometriosis herself, Ghida understands the challenges of managing chronic conditions. This drives her commitment to empowering women with PCOS, fertility concerns, and pregnancy nutrition through personalised, science-backed guidance. She has also been featured on numerous TV programs in Dubai including Sabah El Kheir Ya Arab, where she shares expert insights on nutrition and women's health.
