Suzan Terzian | Nutrition & Holistic Health Coach

Suzan Terzian is an Abu Dhabi-based Clinical Nutritional Consultant, Holistic Health Coach, and Integrative Functional Nutritionist with over 20 years of professional experience. Holding a BSc in Clinical Nutrition and certified in Hormone Health and Functional Nutrition through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), Suzan is on a mission to change the language surrounding food and health. Her philosophy looks at the whole person, focusing on the specific needs and lifestyle of every individual and improving quality of life through their relationship with food. For Suzan, nutrition is not only what we eat, it is how we live, what we think, who we surround ourselves with, and how we move. She empowers her clients to take control of their health through her signature Metabolic ReSET Program and personalised nutrition consultancy. Suzan is also co-founder of The Wellness Collective, a wellness education initiative delivering workplace wellness programs, retreats, and wellness breakfasts and talks across the UAE.
