Level Up DXB

Level Up DXB is a Dubai-based small group strength training community. Coach Anthony White founded it and runs it across four locations, Al Quoz, Sports City, City Walk, and Emirates Road. Above all, Level Up delivers real, long-term results. Every programme combines full-body strength training with nutrition guidance, mindset coaching, and regular coach check-ins. Level Up Women offers female-only strength training three times a week in a friendly, supportive environment. Similarly, Level Up Men delivers the same structured approach in a male-only setting. In both programmes, coaches track every exercise in every session. Furthermore, members follow 6 to 8 week progressive overload programmes. In addition, a physiotherapist and a yoga and Pilates instructor lead weekly mobility and recovery sessions.
