iCore Wellbeing

iCore Wellbeing is a Dubai-based mindfulness and wellbeing practice founded by Kirsty, a compassionate awareness mentor and mindfulness facilitator who has worked with international corporations, schools, and government entities across the UAE. Firmly rooted in the teachings of Compassionate Awareness, also known as Mindfulness, iCore Wellbeing is a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can gently explore their inner world, understand the stories and patterns that keep them stuck, and begin the journey toward healing and balance. Kirsty's approach is warm, heart-centred, and deeply human. She does not diagnose or prescribe, instead she guides clients to reconnect with their own inner wholeness, offering presence and compassionate support that helps them navigate anxiety, overwhelm, stress, and life's more challenging moments with greater clarity and resilience.
