Bodytree Studio

Bodytree Studio is Abu Dhabi's original and longest-running home of wellness, founded in 2007 by sisters Nadia and Sharifa Sehweil. Inspired by their own healing journeys and a desire to bring the best of Eastern and Western wellness practices to the UAE capital, Bodytree has grown into a thriving community studio offering holistic movement, healing therapies, and lifestyle wellness for all ages. With a team of internationally trained instructors including former Olympians, athletes, dancers, PhD holders, and children's specialists, Bodytree offers an extensive range of classes, therapies, and wellness services across two Abu Dhabi locations. their main studio on Al Ashkar Street and Saadiyat Island, as well as online. They are also home to the Emirates School of Dance and the Nectar Juice Bar and Healthy Eatery.
