Body Mind You (BMY) is a boutique holistic wellness centre located in Business Bay, Dubai. It was founded by two sisters whose distinct paths converged through shared healing journeys. BMY was created to provide a sanctuary where individuals can slow down, reconnect with their inner balance, and receive compassionate, professional care in a cozy, earthy, and nurturing environment. Shortlisted for Well-Being Project of the Year in Design 2023 for the Middle East, BMY brings together a multidisciplinary team of experienced, DHA and CDA licensed clinicians and certified practitioners. Their approach is holistic and individualised, considering the whole person across body, mind, and spirit and combining naturalistic, alternative, and integrative therapies to address the root causes of chronic conditions and everyday struggles.
